We are delighted to invite youth in the age group of 18 to 25 to attend an introductory session for the proposed YUVA YOGA SHIBIRAM
Youngsters would find this program as the most inspiring, eye opening and challenging learning! The Yuva will find that “Yoga is Fun” and a necessity.
Sn ShivaRishi
Sn Shivarishi is today a respected Yoga Acharya, he started his yoga journey when he was twenty years of age and is a good example of how yoga can empower every youth.
This course is going to be conducted directly by Sn Shivarishi on Saturdays in the early mornings. Everyone interested in attending an introductory session on 19th February 2023, should submit details asked for in the form below.
The course will be conducted in person at Satyananda Yoga Centre, Triplicane. We will not offer the program online!
