On 10th July, we have lined up a very nice program in the evening. There will be a wonderful carnatic music offering, with chosen compositions on Guru Tatwa. A child from our Satyananda Family, is a well trained and budding vocalist. We have invited Kumari Snigdha Desiraju to perform a carnatic music concert from 5pm to 6pm.
Kum. Snigdha Desiraju is a dedicated student and an emerging performer in the field of Carnatic Music. She began her musical journey at the age of five and is currently under the tutelage of Vidwans Sri Ramakrishnan Murthy and Dr. Malladi Ravikumar. She is also a third -year student at The Madras Music Academy’s Advanced School of Carnatic Music (ASCM). She also receives training in Dasarapadas, Devarnamas, Abhangs and Bhajans from Prof. B. Ramamurthy Rao, senior disciple of Pt. Bhimsen Joshi. Over the years, she has had the privilege of learning from esteemed gurus such as Smt. Radha Ramji and Kalaimamani Smt. Vishakha Hari.
