The simple practices for beginners that are most relevant to them were taught to them. They were able to appreciate the relief they got from doable, simple practices.
The importance of investing time to do simple breathing practices was also covered and ongoing guidance will be available for all of them through the network of Satyananda Yoga teachers, centers and ashrams all over the country.
