After practicing the beginner level yoga nidra over few months and experiencing passive relaxation, one gets ready to deepen the practice of yoga nidra!
In this course, all the stages of yoga nidra are introduced, though the practice is still in the intermediate stage, the individual goes through a deeper experience and understanding through a series of guided yoga nidra practices conducted during the course and a series of enlightening discussions about yoga nidra!
