Pratama Shibiram – 1 is the most basic course for the beginners.
- This course runs through ten sessions, each session lasting for about 1 & half hours.
- One session will be conducted once a week.
- Course introduces one to the basic principle behind the practices.
- Preparatory asanas, Preparatory or Pre Pranayama and Pre Meditative practices are introduced in this course.
- Harmonizes the personality & brings in balance, vitality, a sense of relaxation
- Improves general health & renders body flexible
