Pratama Shibiram – 1 is the most basic course for the beginners.

  • This course runs through ten sessions, each session lasting for about 1 & half hours.
  • One session will be conducted once a week.
  • Course introduces one to the basic principle behind the practices.
  • Preparatory asanas, Preparatory or Pre Pranayama and Pre Meditative practices are introduced in this course.
  • Harmonizes the personality & brings in balance, vitality, a sense of relaxation
  • Improves general health & renders body flexible
  • Prepares one for further stages of learning
  • Graduates of this level can go to the next stage of learning.
